It took some time but the even better news was that it was under warranty so there was no charge. Intake manifold problem diagnosed and Repaired. Kept for several days but was informed each day of status. Informative videos by the technician. Great experience all around except for the cost!! “ I absolutely love this dealership. They are super clean, state of the art materials, and usually very quick for things like oil changes! I got there today at 7:00 AM and I left around 9:30. My only issue with this place today was that the mechanic did not communicate to my service writer that my update was taking longer than expected due to a system malfunction. However, Stephen did exactly what he said he would do, he was very polite, very professional, and very understanding of my plight. He accommodated me and gave me a few dollars off for my inconvenience so I am very happy. I drive from Baltimore Maryland to go to this dealership because I have never been to a more professional Volkswagen dealer. I’m closest to the Volkswagen on Baltimore national pike in Catonsville, but I do not like how they operate therefore, I drive to Salisbury for the BEST service. ❤️ thanks again Steven ”
