Intake manifold problem diagnosed and Repaired. Kept for several days but was informed each day of status. Informative videos by the technician. Great experience all around except for the cost!! “ I absolutely love this dealership. They are super clean, state of the art materials, and usually very quick for things like oil changes! I got there today at 7:00 AM and I left around 9:30. My only issue with this place today was that the mechanic did not communicate to my service writer that my update was taking longer than expected due to a system malfunction. However, Stephen did exactly what he said he would do, he was very polite, very professional, and very understanding of my plight. He accommodated me and gave me a few dollars off for my inconvenience so I am very happy. I drive from Baltimore Maryland to go to this dealership because I have never been to a more professional Volkswagen dealer. I’m closest to the Volkswagen on Baltimore national pike in Catonsville, but I do not like how they operate therefore, I drive to Salisbury for the BEST service. ❤️ thanks again Steven ”
