The 2019 VW Atlas lineup offers you the choice between two powerful, capable and fuel efficient engines. The standard engine for the 2019 Volkswagen lineup is a 2.0-liter Turbocharged FSI I-4 engine capable of pumping out 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. All new 2019 Volkswagen Atlas trim levels can also be powered by an available 3.6-liter DI V6 engine capable of pumping out 276 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque.

As impressive as those power ratings are, the 2019 Atlas lineup’s interior space specifications are even more impressive – as you’d expect from a “family-sized” SUV. More specifically, the 2019 VW Atlas lineup features 153.7 cubic-feet of passenger space, 20.6 cubic-feet of cargo space behind the third row, 55.5 cubic-feet of cargo space behind the second row, and 96.8 cubic-feet of cargo space behind the first row.
