Midway on our 3 hour trip to Ocean City our Tiguan began shaking when accelerating. We called Pohanka Volkswagen and spoke with Jason. He told us to come right in. Driving slowly, we arrived and Jason thought he might know the problem. He got us right in and after diagnostics they fixed the problem. It took some time but the even better news was that it was under warranty so there was no charge. I can't express my gratitude to Jason for his help, I've never experienced this kind of prompt service at any other dealership. Jason was the best!! Thank you Jason, you made our day!
I was welcomed by Jamar Brown, very pleasant. He got my information and then showed me the waiting room and I could help myself to a beverage. He was very attentive to everyone that was waiting for their vehicles and keeping us informed of the status of our vehicles. A+ customer service!
Multiple car services performed due to inoperative roof on 2015 EOS. Repaired front and rear hood latches due to rust. Repaired leaky head gasket. 70 K service. Intake manifold problem diagnosed and Repaired. Kept for several days but was informed each day of status. Informative videos by the technician. Great experience all around except for the cost!! Will keep using this dealership.

Needed a recall addressed along with a couple other issues... the service department handled the work professionally, their communication was great, they provided video of the diagnosis. They were friendly and very helpful with providing info on questions I had.

I decided to initiate a contact on-line to hold the vehicle for my arrival. They picked us up at the local airport and after a test drive we completed the purchase. My entire purchase experience here was great. I was taken care of via the online process, and when I showed up in person to complete the deal there were no surprises. I have had to deal with the dealership several times due to my home State taking awhile to process the newer tag, and each time Sam in finance has been awesome! Check engine light came on, called vw service. They said come, and three hours later it was fixed, and I was on my way with a cleaner car, Thanks Jamar.
The employees of Pohanka were very kind and helpful. They offered a shuttle service to take me to a local store to spend my time while I waited for my spare key to be programmed.

I absolutely love this dealership. They are super clean, state of the art materials, and usually very quick for things like oil changes! I got there today at 7:00 AM and I left around 9:30. My only issue with this place today was that the mechanic did not communicate to my service writer that my update was taking longer than expected due to a system malfunction. However, Stephen did exactly what he said he would do, he was very polite, very professional, and very understanding of my plight. He accommodated me and gave me a few dollars off for my inconvenience so I am very happy. I drive from Baltimore Maryland to go to this dealership because I have never been to a more professional Volkswagen dealer. I’m closest to the Volkswagen on Baltimore national pike in Catonsville, but I do not like how they operate therefore, I drive to Salisbury for the BEST service. ❤️ thanks again Steven

Came in for my first service. Everything went very smoothly. The service Writer was very friendly. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to allow appointments to be made for oil changes. Definitely a little bit Longer than my typical Oil change. Other than that, I really can't complain it was a pleasant experience..

The staff is great. The wait time for just a simple oil change and tire rotation is a little long. I do trust bringing my vehicle here knowing that it will be taken care of properly.

Pohanka Volkswagon was amazing! I had a recall and they handled it quickly and professionally! I love the shuttle that took me to Panera so I could work and have lunch while I waited! They picked me up when my car was finished!
